1. Practice moving your awareness from your head space to your heart space. And from your heart space to your head space. Become familiar with how different each feel.

2. Set up a phone reminder 2 – 3 times a day to practice connecting to your heart space for 2 – 5 mins each time. {For example, you can do this once in the morning, one during the day especially when you know you have a deadline due or meetings and then once at night}

The more you practice being this place of truth and peace, the less you will allow fear and self doubt to take over. And having reminders in your phone will ensure that you won’t forget.
